Ten teaching days to go before final exams. We have been very busy and eagerly anticipating summer vacation. Got a taste of summer weather this week, even seeing some temperatures in the 80's! The lilacs and rhododendrons are in bloom, and they smell so sweet!

On Sunday, Elijah's friend Dianna came over for a cookout. Elijah was enthralled by the idea of having someone else his same age in our house. This was his first playdate in our own home. What did they do?

Study their Math, of course!
Since that afternoon, Elijah has asked, "A na-na?" ("Where's Dianna?") literally a thousand times!
Off to visit my Dad in Wilmington tomorrow~

We love the pictures! Eli is getting to be SUCH a big boy! He's starting to lose his "baby" features & is looking more & more like a toddler these days! I bet he has fun playing in the yard..looks like he loves his lawn mower!
Such cute pictures of Elijah. I agree that he's starting to lose his baby look and take on more of a kid look. Either way, very handsom.
Grammie thinks Elijah has mastered that playset pretty well for a year-and-a-half-year-old!
We enjoyed the pictures a lot. Hope you had a good trip to see your Dad and that he's feeling well.
